Simple changes to help stage a home for sale

Emaline and Rock Perdoni raised their four children and made 30 years of memories in that Sherborn home, so when they decided to sell in order to relocate to Atlanta after retirement, they needed to do a lot of cleaning. Clearing out personal touches and clutter was the first step, but there were other things that needed to be done to the home, shown here in some photos before the staging.
