Murrells Inlet is a small community about 10 miles outside of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  This is a community known for its fishing and it has been called the "Seafood capital of South Carolina."  The town was named in 1913 and no one is really sure where the town got its name from.  Murrells Inlet is a popular tourist area and is home to many retirees.  This is due to its location just far enough away from Myrtle Beach and very quiet and secluded in nature.  The types of homes available in this area vary greatly to include Murrells Inlet oceanfront homes.
