Social Security Ponzi Theory, It Truly Means

 I feel what Perry is referring to is that the Social Security needs a drastic overhaul to make it a more stable program for our future young people. In the past congress has stolen billions from the system to use as they see fit. Not only does that need to be addressed but we need to stop all the payments given out to people who have drawn from it illegally and wastefully.  There are to many unqualified people gaining benefits from the program who have never contributed to it. If elected, Governor Perry I feel will make all the efforts necessary to clean the program up to an honorable program.
